On Monday, the company&#8217;s London and New York offices began cutting staff.<\/p>\n<p>Scott Francoeur, head of emerging market credit sales in New York, has left the bank according to people close to the cuts.<\/p>\n<p>Mukesh Murarka, the global head of emerging markets structured trading in London, has also reported left.<\/p>\n<p>Last week\u00a0<a href=\"http:\/\/www.bloomberg.com\/news\/articles\/2015-12-04\/morgan-stanley-said-to-start-cutting-fixed-income-jobs-in-london\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Bloomberg<\/a>\u00a0reported that jobs cuts were about to occur.
